GES offers a 14-day return policy on all orders of cannabis products. Customers may return any cannabis product in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. 

What does original condition mean?

The product must be in the original, sealed condition in which it was received by the customer.

 Do I need a receipt?

You will need to provide your order information for validation.

Will I receive the full amount I paid for the product?

You will receive a refund for any product(s) returned within 14 days of receipt. A return shipping fee of 5% will be deducted from the refunded amount. Original shipping fees may be refunded under certain circumstances, at our discretion.
